Just pop it to make it rain confetti, confetti & mini-balloons, or to release helium mini-balloons that will fly up to your ceiling. Hi-Float is included with all orders free of charge to achieve those results. Please note that if you choose the “Mini-Balloons Flying Up (Helium)” option, your delivery time should be close to the popping / reveal time, as the mini-balloons inside won’t float for very long (~3-4 hours).
