Specs Dimensions: 10.55″ diameter x 0.59″ thick Material: Cordierite Care Instructions Cleaning: Use a damp cloth to brush off stuck-on food. For stubborn food, you can use a scrubbing brush. Avoid soap or chemicals because the porous surface can absorb them making for next pizza taste a little funky. If more abrasion is needed, try coarse salt. While it will create some smoke, you can always clean your stone by baking at a high heat to burn off any food remnants. Drying: Allow the pizza stove to thoroughly dry before using or storing.
