Burj Dubai poster – mid-2000s
A print of an Emaar advertisement from approximately 2006-7, part of a wider promotional campaign during the construction of the Burj Dubai (subsequently called the Burj Khalifa). The advertisement was for The Address hotel in the tower. Initially called Burj Dubai, the building was renamed after the UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan provided financial support from Abu Dhabi to complete the project after the 2008-9 financial crisis. Part of our exclusive range of vintage UAE tourism, cultural and advertising prints from the 1970s to the 1990s. 30cm x 40cm, printed in high resolution on 300 gsm matt paper. Delivered in a tube.
