This is the first English edition of the book, published in 1961 by the Foreign Languages Publishing House in Moscow. Features numerous B&W photographs, plus decorative contents pages. Original unclipped jacket, showing Cherkasov’s face. In good condition, some wear to extremities of jacket. Neat previous owner’s contemporary inscription dated 1961.
