This is an early 1920s edition published by Ward, Lock and Co. in London. 635 pages plus ads. Hardback, bound in decorative brown cloth with black lettering. Illustrated with several full-page colour plates and numerous other B&W sketches, as well as other features including tables of ingredients and measurements. In very good condition. Externally clean and bright with some minor edgewear and rubbing. No writing or marking inside. Binding tight and square.
