A first edition, second impression of the seventh Paddington book,  published in 1966. Illustrated in B&W by Peggy Fortnum, it sees the bear attempt various jobs which almost end in disaster. Hardback, published by Collins in November 1966, two months after the first printing in September 1966. With the original yellow dust jacket, in very good condition and some minor edgewear. Neat previous owner’s name. Early printings of the Paddington books from the 1960s are relatively scarce in good condition.
