Agatha Christie – Akhnaton – 1973 First Edition
Christie originally wrote this play in 1937, whilst in Egypt working on Death on the Nile, but it was not published until 1973. Set in ancient Egypt, it focusses on the Pharaoh Akhnaton, his wife Nefertiti and his successor Tutankhaton, who would later call himself Tutankhamun when he assumed power. First edition, Collins, 1973. In very good condition, some light wear and creases to dust jacket. Price-clipped. Dust jacket designed by Andrew Vargo. A clean copy with no inscriptions or writing inside.
