It was first published in 1943 in New York, almost simultaneously in French and English. This is a 1966 printing in London by Heinemann. Illustrated in colour throughout. Heinemann started publishing the book in England in 1945, two years after it first appeared in the US. Hardback, with the original dust jacket. In very good condition.
