Published in 1915 during the First World War as part of a campaign to raise donations for the French Red Cross. It includes popular stories including Black Beard, Sindbad the Sailor, Cinderella and The Real Princess. Published by Hodder & Stoughton in London. Hardback. Bound in pale yellow cloth with black lettering and designs. With 19 tipped in colour plates, plus a black and white photograph of Dulac. In good condition. A few marks externally and occasional spotting and foxing inside. No writing or inscriptions.
