Edited by John Kirkland, a contemporary expert and author on baking, confectionary and catering. Different sections were contributed by various specialists in their respective fields. All hardback, bound in the original green pictorial cloth, with attractive Art Nouveau designs to the spine and front boards. In very good condition. Some bumps to corners and rubbing externally on all volumes, but all bindings firm. Clean inside with no writing or inscriptions.
