Includes numerous original advertisements from local businesses. Organised under the patronage of J.A. Maung Gyi, Minister for Forests, Agriculture and Excise, the event was held from 20 February to 1 March 1934. Local material from this period in Burma is scarce, largely due to the catastrophic damage and disruption to the country during the Second World War when Rangoon was heavily bombed. String-bound, with colour front/rear. No spine. No writing or marking inside. Pages are tanned internally with some showing occasional spotting. Rips and wear to all external edges.
