The Disposable J-Pack is a double pack of patient-specific flat slide sheets designed for easy patient re-positioning. Widely considered an essential glide sheet pack in all medical settings, the J-Pack comprises slide sheets that use high-performance sliding technology for the smoothest of patient transfers. This highly formulated material’s slippery finish makes patient repositioning easier than ever. The disposable slide sheet pack contains a flat slide sheet with handles and a flat slide sheet without handles, both carefully packaged in a transparent drawstring bag for easy transportation. Please note prices are per J-Pack. The sliding sheet packs come in boxes of 25 as standard. Boxes of 50 are also available by special request – please call us for a price. The disposable slide sheet pack is available in four sizes to provide solutions for beds and trolleys of all sizes.
